Mission Statement
Housing at the Crossroads meets the urgent needs of homeless families on the Eastside by providing stable, affordable, transitional housing and support services, thereby helping families work toward self-sufficiency.

Our History
East King County contains some of the most affluent suburban communities in the greater Seattle area. However, the number of homeless families has been on the rise in the area despite the apparent prosperity. In response to this reality, a group of parishioners from Saint Louise Catholic Church in Bellevue formed Housing at the Crossroads in 1989. The program called for providing both transitional housing and case management services for up to two years for homeless families with children. First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue became a partner in the project a year later.

Since 1990, Housing at the Crossroads has provided over 90,000 bed nights to over 50 families and over 13,000 hours of case management services.
